I am a food stylist and recipe writer based between London and the South West. I have been lucky enough to have been styling food and writing recipes for the past ten years. Having graduated from Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2008, I have gone on to develop a career working for high profile magazines, publishers and advertising agencies.
My approach to food styling is relaxed but with real attention to detail and I love nothing more than a challenge.
I am passionate about recipe writing and my childhood, divided between England and Singapore, has had a real influence on the food that I like to cook. I have had two books published by Kyle Books and have contributed towards many others. I have also written recipes for Waitrose Food, Sainsbury's Magazine, Fabulous Magazine and the Co-Operatuve Food Magazine.
